Walter Reid
Bio
Walter is an experienced commercial real estate broker with a demonstrated history of working with a variety of different asset classes and users. He serves on the Commercial Sales & Leasing team, specializing in the Charleston region.
After obtaining a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina in 2019, Walter began his commercial real estate career as a broker in Charlotte, NC. During his time there, he was involved in over $10 million in sales and leasing transactions. His favorite deal amongst those was leasing a 21,000 square foot office space, adjacent to Bank of America Stadium, home of his favorite NFL team, The Carolina Panthers.
Originally from Pawleys Island, South Carolina, Walter is excited to now call Charleston home and contribute to the continued growth and development of the community.
Outside of the office you can find him out on the water fishing and boating with family and friends, or biking and running the streets of Charleston.
