Available Positions Commercial Real Estate Agent Overview Harbor Commercial Partners is actively looking to fill the position of a commercial real estate broker. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in commercial real estate brokerage or business brokerage.
Responsibilities Build and maintain business relationships Advise clients on market conditions and develop strategies for success. Generate new business through activities including cold calling, drop ins, and meetings Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Research local market areas and local industry trends. Market property listings to tenants and buyers.
