As the Director of Property Management and Accounting, Tracy oversees the Harbor Commercial Partners portfolio of a diverse range of assets including retail centers, industrial properties, flex spaces and offices across the region. Drawing on her extensive expertise in property management, accounting, and real estate, Tracy fosters strong client relationships while navigating complex challenges with creative problem-solving.

Her proficiency in Spanish enhances her ability to communicate effectively and elevate client experiences. Additionally, Tracy has successfully spearheaded numerous renovation projects as a project manager, ensuring seamless transitions for newly acquired properties as well as existing properties within the Harbor Commercial Partners portfolio.

With over 17 years of property management, accounting and team management experience, Tracy plays a pivotal role in fostering connections between vendors and tenants, contributing significantly to the seamless operation and expansion of our property portfolio.
