Shannon Lhotsky

Shannon is part of the Property Management team at Harbor Commercial Partners. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of various retail, office, industrial, and flex properties located in Charleston, South Carolina and the surrounding islands and regions. Shannon is an accomplished manager offering six years of professional experience, with a majority of her experience focused on commercial real estate.

She started by learning every role in a real estate investment company and quickly realized that Property Management was what she loved most. Her main goal is to protect and drive increased revenue to her clients’ assets by delivering cost-saving strategies using local resource management and excellent customer service. Shannon has a natural talent for being a creative problem solver, strong communicator, positive relationship builder and leader.
